Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum, Seed) [4:1; QCE 200 mg].............................................50 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Magnesium stearate (vegetable source), hypromellose (capsule ingredient).

Contains no added gluten, nuts, eggs, fish or shellfish, dairy or animal products, soy, starch, corn, wheat or yeast.

Suggested Use: Adults: Take one capsule three times daily with me

Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you have liver or gall bladder disorders, and/or bowel obstruction. Discontinue use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble. Do not use if you are allergic to plants in the Apiaceae/ Umbelliferae family. Known Adverse Reactions: Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
